Q: How long will it take to receive my package?
A: Please note that we require 3 to 7 days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 14 to 30 days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

A: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

RETURNS
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a Return Adress. After receiving the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and [include your proof of purchase].

Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for return isn't a result of an vipbugo.com error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• gift cards
• custom items
• digital products

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

If consumers start the time to cancel the order earlier than the delivery time, and the time specified by the website can initiate the cancellation assignment, the order can be canceled

The store does not limit the number of days to cancel an order. If the order is not sent, it supports the cancellation of the order.

Once the order has been given, we will process the order within 2-3 days

Should you wish to return an item, it must remain in its original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. 

The parcel must include your order number and the reason for return.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we shall notify you whether your refund has been approved. Should approval be granted, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment account within ten working days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and credit the refund to your account.
